Ryedale Sports Club is committed to protecting and respecting its members’ privacy.
The data that we hold about you consists mainly of that provided by you on your Membership Form, including your name, address & email address, date of birth (if given) & so on.
Further data may be collected if you choose to share it with us, for example if you apply to enter club tournaments. We also record data to administer your membership of the club, such as when it is next due for renewal.

We may use your personal information to notify you about club activities or information on our website which may be relevant to you, or to communicate with all members any important information such as newsletters or announcements. This may be by email or by post.
